Where do I view my tickets?

Login to the Customer Zone

Click on Support -> Tickets

To add a ticket, scroll down the page and choose Open Ticket

Select your Department

After selecting your department, the Open Ticket form will be displayed.

Your Name and Email Address will be auto-populated.
Complete the rest of the form.
Hit Send!
